About the product<br />
R-Flex abrasives<br />
Used for finishing and polishing all kinds of surfaces. Despite their<br />
elastic construction, R-Flex abrasives boast a long service life with<br />
high dimensional stability throughout their use.<br />
Mounted points<br />
Available in numerous sizes and grains. They are used for apparatus<br />
and container construction, in the aviation and auto mobile industries,<br />
as well as in the food and chemical sectors.<br />

The Sandflex hand block<br />
Cleans, polishes and matt finishes a large variety of materials<br />
including metal, wood, paints, plastics, rubber and paper. In<br />
addition to its commercial applications, the Sandflex hand block is<br />
also excellent for car care and jobs around the house like cleaning<br />
iron soleplates, ski edges etc. Sandflex performs even better when<br />
used with water, soap, paraffin oil or pastes. With four different<br />
grain sizes to choose from, you will find the right product for all<br />
types of materials and jobs.<br />
R-Flex wheels<br />
Available with silicon carbide or corundum grit in different binding<br />
hardnesses and dimensions. Typical applications are deburring plastic<br />
parts, giving surgical instruments their final finish, sharpening<br />
knives, etc. R-Flex wheels are, due to their elastic attachment, easy<br />
to shape and adjust to the contours of the tool during grinding.<br />
Mottling points<br />
Create special surface effects with a uniform, extra fine finish.<br />
R-Flex mottling points are used with great success for surface<br />
treatment applications in tank and container construction<br />
(breweries, wine and champaign producers) and in plant<br />
construction for commercial kitchens. They are available with<br />
bonding agents E (specially designed for aluminium and NF metals)<br />
and the softer, more elastic bonding agents W and T (for stainless<br />
steel) – with the T bonding agent creating a glossier finish on<br />
stainless steel surfaces and offering suitability for universal use.<br />
From stock, Klingspor mottling points come with a 6 mm shaft and<br />
a milled plane surface, making it possible to fix the tools securely<br />
in place inside the machine adapter with a screw. If requested or<br />
made necessary by the respective machine, the mottling points can<br />
also be supplied as made to order items without a flat portion and a<br />
full length round shaft.<br />
