Bio:<br />
My name is Tina Casen. I am in the United States Air Force, and I am a licensed<br />
Realtor for EXiT Realty! In either case, “It is my HONOR to SERVE you!”<br />
Real Estate Specialties:<br />
Military Relocation – I am a Military Veteran, and am honored to help other military<br />
families, as they transfer to and from Southern California. Whether you are buying,<br />
selling, or renting, I dedicate my service to helping you!<br />
Investors – I am a Certified Investor Agent.<br />
I am a licensed REALTOR® with over 20 years of experience in retail business<br />
ownership and management. I know that customer service must come first. I am<br />
passionate about helping others to succeed, and this carries over to your real estate<br />
experience. I possess two Associates degrees and 2 Bachelor’s degrees. I have 9<br />
children, and I’m committed to excellence. I have dedicated over 32 years to serving<br />

Charities: I am the Founder of Operation Wingman, which is a local mission,<br />
partnering with EXiT Children, local JROTCs, Cadet Corps, and the community, to<br />
come alongside and support (WINGMAN) our local troops as they deploy to foreign<br />
land, by sending CARE packages and needed items. If you would like to support the<br />
cause, or suggest a local hero who could use support, please let us know!<br />
The Hemet/Winchester <strong>GSFE</strong> meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 12:00<br />
noon to 1:30 pm via Zoom. Please reserve your attendance and pay via PayPal<br />
<strong>GSFE</strong> dues are $50.00 a year. <strong>GSFE</strong>’s mission is to help women grow both personally<br />
and<br />
