Rider Review
Remember when you could submit a picture of your
position to the Practical Horseman for a chance to
be reviewed by George Morris?
We all would sit on the edge of our seats to see what he
thought about someone's position and eagerly read for
whether his comments were nice or not so nice. Does the
rider pictured look familiar? That would be our own FRC
president, Cathy Schwartz, who was the lucky recipient of
an almost glowing review from George himself!
We have decided to host our own Rider Position Review! One lucky rider will have their
position critiqued by a local FRC member trainer to be featured in our next newsletter and
social media! All rider identities will remain anonymous and our trainer's name will only be
released when the critique is published. Each month we will have a different trainer review a
different position. So keep an eye on our newsletter and social media sites to see what kind
of position we are requesting.
Thank you everyone for participating in our first rider review. We loved seeing everyone's jumping
position. For next month we want to see everyone's flat/dressage position.
We welcome all disciplines. So if you happen to be sitting in a western saddle, send us your picture!
The classical dressage position is very similar to how you sit in a Western saddle.

Volunteer Appreciation Incentive Program
We have a program in place that allows Volunteers to rack up
hours to win an embroidered FRC Polo shirt, an embroidered FRC
jacket or an embroidered FRC coat.
