Barbara Gordon is director of community engagement at the Trager Institute at<br />
the University of Louisville. She has more than 40 years of social services and<br />
academic experience.<br />
Barbara has a master of arts in education – community agency counseling from<br />
Western <strong>Kentucky</strong> University and a bachelor of arts in psychology from Hiram<br />
College, Hiram, Ohio.<br />
Kathy Hager, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, CDE<br />
“What is so Good about Aging?”<br />
Kathy Hager is an associate professor at Bellarmine University’s Lansing School<br />
of Nursing and works at Bellarmine as a family nurse practitioner. She is the<br />
immediate past president of the <strong>Kentucky</strong> <strong>Nurses</strong> <strong>Association</strong>. Kathy has more<br />
than 40 years of clinical and academic experience.<br />
She has a doctorate of nursing practice, master of science in nursing and a<br />
bachelor of science in nursing from the University of <strong>Kentucky</strong>.<br />
Erin LaCross, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CENP<br />
“The Emeritus Nurse: Retired, Rehired and Revolutionary”<br />
Erin LaCross is chief nursing officer at Parkview Regional Medical Center and<br />
Affiliates, Fort Wayne, Ind. She has more than 25 years of nursing and leadership<br />
experience.<br />
Erin has a doctor of nursing practice from the University of Indianapolis; a master<br />
of science in nursing from the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne; a bachelor<br />
of arts in psychology and criminal justice from Tri-State University, Angola, Ind.<br />
and an associate of science in nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University.<br />
Vicki Hines-Martin, PhD, PMHCNS, RN, FAAN<br />
“<strong>Kentucky</strong> <strong>Nurses</strong> Helping <strong>Nurses</strong> (KNHN) Emotional Support Project”<br />
Vicki Hines-Martin is director of community outreach, Office of Diversity and<br />
Inclusion, Health Sciences Center, University of Louisville. She is also director,<br />
Office of Health Disparities & Community Engagement and a professor at the<br />
UofL School of Nursing. Vicki has more than 40 years of clinical and academic<br />
experience with expertise in mental health.<br />
She has a doctor of nursing from the University of <strong>Kentucky</strong>; a master of science<br />
(PMHCNS) from the University of Cincinnati and a master of arts and a bachelor<br />
of science in nursing from Spalding University.<br />
