PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY CENTER<br />
1. The rules contained in the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised shall govern KNA<br />
in all cases of which they are applicable and to the extent to which they are not inconsistent with these<br />
bylaws or any policies or rules of order the KNA or ANA may adopt.<br />
a. The KNA BOD shall appoint a parliamentarian for the annual business meeting.<br />
