School Parliament Christmas Craft
Ludgvan School Parliament would like to thank everyone that bought their Christmas craft
items last week. The children were on the stalls all week in the cold, wind and rain and never
complained once, but instead smiled and served customers!
Our treasurer, Kyla, has now counted all the money raised and we can confirm we raised
£323.61. The School Parliament are amazed and delighted with this and can’t believe how
much money they have got to spend on new playground equipment!
Thank you for your support and kind donations.
Merry Christmas!
Healthy lunch boxes
We have noticed that a number of children are coming into school with lunchboxes filled with
food that does not represent a balanced diet. Please read this document for how to create a
lunchbox that will support your child to function well at school and promote healthy eating:
Dog free site
A reminder that we are a dog free site, including evenings and weekends. There have been
several occasions recently where dog mess has been found on the school site, which is not
acceptable. Thank you.
Ventilation
All classes have windows and doors open throughout the day to ensure adequate ventilation.
If your child would like to wear an additional layer under their school uniform, this will help
prevent them from feeling the cold.
