Apple “Cookies”<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />

• 8 (1/8-inch-thick) horizontal slices Granny Smith and/<br />

or Fuji apples<br />

• 6 tbsp crunchy almond butter or favorite nut butter<br />

• ¼ cup granola<br />

• 2½ tbsp semisweet mini chocolate chips<br />

DIRECTIONS<br />

1. With ½-teaspoon measuring spoon or melon<br />

baller, remove core from each apple slice. Top<br />

apple slices with almond butter, granola, and<br />

chocolate chips.<br />
