Exciting and Engaging...<br />
EYFS<br />
What a busy couple of weeks we have had! We continued our learning about<br />
the Gingerbread Man, including writing sentences to describe scenes from the<br />
story, making salt dough gingerbread men and changing the characters in the<br />
story to create new versions of it.<br />
This week, we started to learn all about Easter. The classroom has been filled<br />
with Easter themed activities, eggs have been everywhere and feathers have<br />
been floating around. The children have made playdough chicks, life drawn daffodils,<br />
learnt about new life through the story of the Hungry Caterpillar, made a<br />
pasta butterfly life cycle, created themselves easter egg hunts and decorated,<br />
named and looked after their own special eggs.<br />
We are so proud of how well they are all engaging with their learning both in<br />
school and in their home challenges too. Keep it up Rainbow Class and have a<br />
wonderful Easter holiday. Don’t eat too many chocolate eggs!
