The atrium forms thenucleus around which the office lobby, retail, and F&Bare organized. Urban windows facing Robinson Roadexpose retailers and internal activity while the podium’smateriality and faceted design form a contextualrelationship with the angular roof form and terracotta ofLau Pa Sat.The office floors extend elegantly above the podium,maximizing the building height and marina views. Theangled composition of the tower serves to increaseaccess to natural light, mitigate direct views into adjacenttowers, and reflect light to create a gem-like beacon forSingapore.18 Robinson offers a carefully curated mix of urbandining options, modern health and fitness centres, andwellness boutiques. The commercial tower is equippedwith energy-and-water saving features aimed at achievingBCA’s Green Mark Gold PLUS standards. It also takes pridein providing an automated car parking system which isthe first of its kind in Singapore and South-East Asia.
