BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Proposed development has a total building
area of about 780,000m 2 , which includes nine
residential towers with a total of 2,917 serviced
apartment units, two 4-storey commercial blocks
with 207 retail lots, a hotel and 180,000 m 2 of
public space, occupying 20 acres of leasehold
land.
Phase 1 will involve the construction and
completition of four residential towers with 1,056
serviced apartment units and is scheduled to
be completed by 4Q 2022. The main units have
standard built-up size between 753 - 1,346
sq ft while the limited premium units will have
built-up size between 1,808 - 4,502 sq ft, all fully
funished without shared areas.
