HERE IS
MY BIKE
SANDRA — NORCO RAMPAGE TEAM
Who are you and what do you do at
Bikester?
Hi! I‘m Sandra, and I work in the Bikester
store in Stockholm. Working in the shop,
I can share my love of cycling every day. I
used to be a tour guide in Europe, and when
I moved back home to Sweden, I chose
Stockholm because of the amazing cycling
scene here. During the summer you‘ll find me
riding one of the ski-lift accessible downhill
parks, and in the winter I ride the indoor
bike-parks so I can avoid the snow and cold!
Which bike do you ride and why?
I ride a Norco Rampage Team with 26-inch
wheels. It‘s a dirt bike I use to sharpen my
jumping technique with geometry that‘s ideal
for everything from dirt jumps and riding
pump tracks to practising tricks in a foam pit.
I removed the front brake and shortened the
handlebars to make certain tricks easier and
to get a better position on the bike. It seems
to have worked pretty well as I did a 360 on
my first attempt, something I struggled with
before!
