NOTIFICATION OF THE SUMMARY OF SUBMISSIONS<br />
AND CALL FOR FURTHER SUBMISSIONS ON PRIVATE<br />
PLAN CHANGE REQUEST 73<br />
Rolleston West Residential Limited has requested to rezone approximately <strong>16</strong>0 hectares<br />
of Living 3 land to Living Z and Business 1 (Local Centre) on Dunns Crossing Road, West<br />
Rolleston. <strong>Selwyn</strong> District Council notified the private plan change request (PC73) for<br />
public consultation on 31 March <strong>2021</strong>, and submissions closed on 3 May <strong>2021</strong>.<br />
A summary of the submissions on PC73, along with a copy of the original submissions,<br />
is now available for viewing online at Council libraries and service centres, and online at<br />
www.selwyn.govt.nz/pc73. A hard copy of this information is also available for viewing<br />
at Council’s Rolleston Headquarters.<br />
Further submissions<br />
Further submissions may only be lodged by the following:<br />
· Any person representing a relevant aspect of the public interest; and<br />
· Any person that has an interest in the plan change greater than the interest the public<br />
has; and<br />
· The local authority itself.<br />
Further submissions must be limited to matters either in support of or in opposition to an<br />
original submission made on PC73. This must be in writing and in accordance with Form 6,<br />
which is available from any Council service centre or online at www.selwyn.govt.nz/pc73.<br />
Further submissions may be:<br />
· posted to: Planning Department, <strong>Selwyn</strong> District Council, PO Box 90, Rolleston 7643<br />

· delivered to: Council service centre in Darfield, Leeston, Lincoln or Rolleston<br />

A person who makes a further submission must also serve a copy of it on the person<br />
who lodged the original submission no later than five working days after a copy is<br />
provided to the Council.<br />
The closing date for further submissions is 5pm on Wednesday 30 <strong>June</strong> <strong>2021</strong>.<br />
