Attachment 1: Directed Nozzle

The directed nozzle attachment was experimented with to

expand the capabilities of the current setup.

It was found to be useful for small appetizers and garnishes,

and where the chef’s eye for detail could take flight. The

directed air stream would be able to heat up a small part of

the food or dish, without affecting the rest of it.

Melting delicate items like cheese or truffle

Small areas of a dish which needs heat

breaded mozzerella stick

2min @ 350°C

parmesan crisps
