On Sunday at 5:52 p.m. a<br />

caller reports that a 70-year-old<br />

was unresponsive at Summer<br />

Street. The individual was transported<br />

to a nearby hospital.<br />

Vandalism<br />

At 8:23 p.m. on Saturday a<br />

caller reported that a vehicle was<br />

vandalized on Doncaster Circle.<br />

Monday 8/2<br />

Accidents<br />

On Monday at 1:22 a.m. officers<br />

responded to a multiple<br />

vehicle accident on N Broadway.<br />

One party fled the scene into the<br />

woods and was eventually found<br />

by state police.<br />

Route 1 in Lynnfield<br />

LYNNFIELD — The body<br />

of a New Hampshire man was<br />

found on the shoulder of Route<br />

1 North Friday morning.<br />

According to State Police<br />

spokesman Dave Procopio,<br />

Massachusetts State Police<br />

responded to a report from a<br />

passing motorist at approximately<br />

7:45 a.m. and found<br />

the body of a deceased male<br />

near the Fat Cactus restaurant,<br />

at the bottom of a grassy embankment<br />

near the tree line.<br />

The right lane of the road was<br />

closed temporarily to facilitate<br />

the investigation.<br />

The identity of the man has<br />

not been released. Police do<br />
