Seniors
MyHealthRecord is a digital, secure online summary
of your medical information that can make it easier for
you and your loved ones to track your medical history.
This introductory session will give you a basic overview
of how MyHealthRecord works, and how to get started.

Third Age Decluttering
Prepare for your most thorough Spring clean yet by
joining decluttering expert Mary Harnan for a practical,
inspirational workshop on how to tackle the ‘stuff’
taking up space in your home. This workshop is
particularly suited for seniors and people who help
support older family members.

The Art of Paper Flowers
Create realistic flowers from coloured paper and a few
lengths of fine wire. All materials are supplied, just bring
some imagination and some patience.

Story Circle
Story circle is a friendly chat group designed to
help you reminisce and share good memories. This
session is great for seniors who want to keep their
brains active and meet other like-minded people.
Stories, poems, humour and pictures are presented
for discussion. Story circle activates the imagination
and improves feelings of connection to others. Join us
for a fun session based around the theme music and
entertainment.
