Zumba for Seniors
Come and join in this Zumba dance fitness class
designed especially for seniors. Enjoy moving to the
music and invigorate your senses while improving your
cardio fitness! Wear comfortable clothes and runners
are recommended. Bring a water bottle and towel. Our
instructor, Paulina is experienced in engaging older
people get moving, find positivity and feel empowered
about themselves. All abilities welcome. MC2, Level 2
