Chinese Knot-Tying
in Mandarin

Chinese Knots derive from the Tang and Song Dynasty
(618-1279). They have symbolic meaning and are
used as decoration, gifts for special occasions,
and adornments on clothes. In this workshop, the
teacher will guide participants to create a knot using
a traditional weaving technique. Materials will be
posted to participants, please ensure your address is
correct upon registration. This session will be presented
in Mandarin. Zoom invitation will be emailed to
registered participants prior to session.
中 国 结 起 源 于 唐 宋 时 期 ( 公 元 618-1279 年 ), 具 有 独 特
的 象 征 意 义 , 常 常 被 用 作 装 饰 、 特 殊 场 合 的 馈 赠 以 及 衣
