caller reported there was a man with<br />
a gun on mall property. Police reported<br />
the call appeared to be fraudulent;<br />
mall security was notified and<br />

at 8:21 p.m. Saturday at 7 Veterans<br />
Memorial Drive. The person left prior<br />
to police arrival. An officer applied for<br />
a warrant for a possible breaking and<br />
entering, but the temporary warrant<br />
was denied by the on-call clerk. Yefry<br />

108, Lynn, was issued a summons<br />
for breaking and entering for a misdemeanor<br />

to a person who had overdosed in a<br />
car. Police, Fire and EMS checked the<br />
area, but could not find the person.<br />
Attempts to call back the caller went<br />
straight to voicemail.<br />

caller reported a package was stolen<br />
