TINWALD CYCLING CLUB<br />

Ashley Wilson made the best possible<br />

start to his cycling season taking victory in<br />

Tinwald Cycling Club’s, Brad Hudson Flooring,<br />

Mathieson CharteredAccountants, 36km<br />

handicap event around the Wakanui-<br />

Haketere block on Sunday.<br />

Wilson made asolo mid race break, riding<br />

strongly to find the front and held on to take<br />

the major spoils.<br />

Co-marker Nig Chatterton chased<br />

bravely, holding out the fast charging group<br />

behind to secure second place.<br />

Sam Barltrop backed up this previous<br />

week’s top effort, claiming the final podium<br />

position.<br />

Monique Brake, Ben Knights, and Gareth<br />

Lewis continued their good early season form<br />

to round out the top six.<br />

Scratch marker Steve Hands took fastest<br />

time honours, riding the distance in aquick<br />

49.29.<br />

Larry Neal and Kyle Gray secured second<br />

and third time.<br />

The juniors and division 2competed over<br />

16km.<br />

Honor Bradford rode strongly to get to the<br />

front of the race and maintain agap to the<br />

chasing riders to secure the victory.<br />

Thomas Stevensonlaid down another top<br />

ride to take second place.<br />

Back marker Isabella Inglis rode through<br />

the field to secure third place and in doing so<br />

recorded the fastest time, covering the<br />

course in 29.44.<br />

Sarah Gould, Leah Reid, and Charlotte<br />

Neal filled the top half dozen.<br />

Asolid number of division 2riders went to<br />

the line.<br />

Nina Bradford made it agreat day for the<br />

Bradford stable, claiming the win and fastest<br />

time honours.<br />

Janette Hooper backed up last week’s<br />

win with asolid second place performance.<br />

Kerry Clough was in the thick of the finish<br />

to secure third place.<br />

Next week the Club will contest a45km<br />

handicap event around the Dawson’s Road<br />

block.<br />

impactthe flowofinformation between the brain and<br />

When thatmiscommunication occurs due to abnormal<br />

movementinthe spine,called a‘vertebral subluxation’<br />
