THE
INNOVATECH AWARDS
Our whole process is designed so that winners
are recognised based on merit with a fair and
comprehensive judging process.
The awards are conducted without the need for
frivolous ceremonies where you’d be invited to a social
event with the condition of spending a large sum on a
table or seat. We generate our income from a percentage of
winners that are interested in purchasing decorative items
such as trophies, certificates, or wall plaques to commemorate
their win and display for customers. Additionally, we help
provide our winners with promotional opportunities through our
publications and partners. These are optional and not a condition
of winning.
To be nominated for the Innovatech Awards, companies can be
entered by self-nomination, customers, and partners. To do so
please visit the nomination page on our website.

CONDITIONS
ADVERSTISING TERMS
The Seller reserves the right to review and approve the suitability of the
Advertisement submitted. The Website Owner may reject or cancel any
Advertisement for any reason which it believes in good-faith to be detrimental.
All advertisements must be clearly recognisable with a trademark or the
advertisers’ insignia. The Seller is not bound by any conditions appearing in
advertising placed within the publication.
Advertising and copy materials received by the Seller are presumed accurate
and approved for publishing by advertisers and advertising agencies. The Seller
will not be held responsible for production errors. The advertising agency, jointly
and singularly, assume the liability for the payment and charges for materials
published in the magazine or on the website at their discretion or on their behalf.
Buyer grants the Seller a limited, non-transferable, nonexclusive license to copy,
use, store, set up, publicly display, and transmit the Buyers Advertisement
(including any trade names, trademarks and service marks shown) during the
term of this Agreement and solely in connection with this Agreement. Upon
termination of this Agreement, the Owner will remove the Buyers
Advertisement, destroy all copies of it and cease further display of the
Advertisement.
Buyer retains all right, title and interest including copyright and other
proprietary or intellectual property rights in the content of the Advertisement.
An email confirmation of involvement confirming the package forms a binding
agreement between the two companies.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be received in writing within 7 days of booking. Cancellations
after this period will incur a cancellation charge. In cases where
features/advertisements are booked but usable copy materials do not reach
Innovatech Awards by the agreed deadline, space must be paid for.
In the event payments are not made in a timely manner, Seller may, in addition
to all other remedies provided at law, either: (1) declare Buyer’s performance in
breach and terminate this Order for default; (2) withhold future shipments under
this Order until delinquent payments are made; (3) charge interest on the
delinquency at a rate of 1% per month (4) recover all costs of collection including
reasonable attorney’s fees.
OUR PROCESS
Open Nominations
(Nominations submitted by subscribers, journalists, the research teams,
customers, and those that have self-nominated via our website).
Nominees notification and opt-in to Judging process
(Nominees will be contacted via email to ensure that they are happy to be
included in the process. Nominees are given the opportunity to provide
information and submit materials to support their case).
Information gather for judges considerations
(Questionnaires will be will be made available to judges along with any other
information gathered from review sites, social media and relevant web pages. A
follow up nomination call may also be required).
Judging process and Winners contact
(Judges will deliberate, up to 10 companies can compete for any given category
and all winners are considered for any categories they’ve ticked on the
nomination form. All winners will be contacted directly and will need to accept
their award win. Failure to adequately accept may result in the award being
passed onto the runner up).
Final announcement and release of winner’s publication
(All of our winners will be announced on the website.)
