<strong>São</strong> <strong>Roque</strong>:<br />
25 minutes from Alphaville and 50 minutes from <strong>São</strong> Paulo<br />
The city has just opened an international airport that<br />
is ready to operate. <strong>São</strong> <strong>Roque</strong> is a city of 92 thousand<br />
inhabitants located 60 kilometers from the capital<br />
of the State of <strong>São</strong> Paulo. The town is experiencing a<br />
period of economic, social growth and development. The<br />
current administration of Mayor Guto Issa embarked<br />
on essential projects to stimulate economic growth and<br />
job creation.<br />
The city’s area of more than 300 thousand km²<br />
includes downtown, the nearest neighborhoods, and<br />
districts. In addition, important projects have been set<br />
up in <strong>São</strong> <strong>Roque</strong>. One of them is the Catarina Airport,<br />
exclusively dedicated to executive flights and recently<br />
operating internationally. Another one is Villa XP, the<br />
future headquarters of XP Investimentos, which should<br />
be installed in the city soon.<br />
