[117]. 117. “The example of that, which they were spending in this worldly life is like the example of the wind, in it there was severe cold, it blew upon the fields of the community who did wrong to their selves, so it destroyed it, but Allaah did not wronged to them, but they were doing wrong to their selves”. �� “Yaa aiyyu’hallazeena aamanoo laa tata’qizoo bitaanatan min dooni’kum laa yaaloo’nakum qabalan, waddoo maa anit’tum, qad badatil’bag’zaa’u’ min afwaahi’him, wa maa tuq’fi sudooruhum akbaru, qad bai’yanna lakumul’aayaati in kuntum ta’qi’loon”. [118]. 118. “O’ you who believe, do not hold intimate from other than yours, they do not fail to make you mentally disordered, they love which distress you, surely, hatred has appeared from their mouths, and that which conceal their hearts is the greatest, surely We have made clear the signs to you, if you are to understand”. Quoting Abu Sayeed Al-Qudri, Al-Qurtubi has recorded the saying of Rasoolullaah (SAS) wherein he said, “Allaah has made a prophet or a successor except that he has two intimates for him, one who ask him for virtues and urge on it, and the other who ask him for evils and urge on it, thus one is safe whom Allaah saves him”. Ibn Kaseer has recorded the saying of Rasoolullaah (SAS) wherein he refused to have a nonbeliever an intimate for him. It so happened that once Umar (Rz) recommended a non-believer who was much learned and knows writing to make him, writer of the revelations. Rasoolullaah (SAS) said, “Then I am making a non-believer an intimate to me”? �� “Haa antum uulaai tuhib’boonahum wa laa yuhib’boonakum wa tu’minoona bil’kitaabi kullihi, wa izaa laqookum, qaaloo aamanna, wa izaa qalaow azzoo alaikum al’anaamila
25 minal’gaizi, qul, mootoo bi’gaizikum, innal’laaha aleemun bizaatis’sudoor”. [119]. 119. “Ah, you are those who love them and they do not love you and you believe with the book, entire and when they meet you, they said, “We believed and when they separated they bite their fingertips due to anger upon you, say “Death to with your anger certainly Allaah is the Knower of which is in the hearts”. �� “In tamsas’kum hasanatan tasoo’u’hum wa in tusibkum saiyi’a’tan yaf’rahoo bihaa, wa in tasbiroo wa tat’taqoo laa yazurrukum kaiduhum shai’a, innal’laaha bimaa ta’maloona muheet”. [120]. 120. “If any good touches you, it efects them badly, and if you face hardship, they are pleased with it, and if you have patience and guard yourselves, their cunningness will not harm you in any thing, certainly Allaah is aware of what you do”. �� “Wa iz gadaowta min ahlika tubawwi’ul’mu’mineena maqaaida lil’qitaali, wal’laahu samee’un aleem”. [121]. 121. "And when you went out in the morning from your family, placing the believers the places for the battle, and Allaah is the most Hearer and the most knower”. Al-Qurtubi has warned that “one who tells to any one lie about me[Rasoolullaah SAS] , his seat is placed with the Fire”. �� “Iz hammat taa’i’fataani minkum an taf’sha’laa,wal’laahu wali’u’ humaa, wa alallaahi fal’yata’wakkalil’mu’minoon”. [122]. 122. “When two groups of people from you intended to lose courage, and Allaah was their caretaker, so, let the believers, do depend upon Allaah”. �� “Wa laqad nasarakumul’laahu bibadrin wa annakum azillatun, fat’taqul’laaha la’allakum tash’kuroon”. [123]. 123. “And surely Allaah helped you at Badr[ place near Madeena] and you were insignificant, so be fearful of Allaah, so that you may be grateful”. �� “Iz taqoolu lil’mu’mineena a’lan yak’feeya’kum an’yumidda’kum rabbukum bi’salaa’sati aalaafin minal’malaa’i’kati mun’zaleen”. [124]. 124. “When you were telling to the believers, will it not suffice you that you be supported (by) your Nourisher with three thousand angels sent down”. �� “Balaa in tasbiroo wa tatta’qoo wa yaatu’kum min faow’rihim, haaza yumdid’kum tabbukum bi’qamsati aalaa’fin minal’malaikati musawwimeen”. [125]. 125. Why not, If you observe patience and guard yourselves there come to you with their fierceness, thereby, your Nourisher will help you with five thousand angels, to force upon (them). ��
