169. “Don’t think that those who are killed in the way of Allaah as dead, but they are alive at<br />

their Nourisher they are being provided with food”.<br />

Quoting Muslim and Musnad Ahmad, Ibn Kaseer has recorded the explanation of Rasoolullaah<br />

(SAS) wherein he said, “Those who die and get the best reward from Allaah, do not desire to come<br />

back to the earth, but the martyr who die in the way of Allaah, and having got the best reward of<br />

Allaah, do have a desire, that he be sent back to the earth, so that he can fight in the way of Allaah<br />

and got killed, and desire to do that again and again as he saw the nutshells reward for a martyr”.<br />

“Fari’heena bimaa aataa’humullaahu min fazlihi, wa yas’tab’shiroona billazeena lam<br />

yal’haqoo’bihim min qal’fihim, allaa’qaowfun alaihim wa aa hum yah’zanoon”. [170].<br />

170. “They are rejoicing with that which Allaah has given to them from His grace, and are<br />

cheerful about those who have not joined them from their back, that there is no fear upon them and<br />

they are not grieving”.<br />

“Yastab’shiroona bi’ni’matin minal’laahi wa faz’lin, wa annal’laaha laa’yu’zee’u<br />

ajral’mu’mineen”. [171].<br />

171. “They are cheerful with the blessings from Allaah, and grace, and that certainly Allaah does<br />

net allow to get to waste the reward of the believers.<br />

Al-Qurtubi has recorded the saying of Rasoolullaah (SAS) wherein he has explained the<br />

generosity for martyrs, he said, "Allaah will treat the martyrs with five generosities, with which no<br />

one has been treated even from the prophets, and I am one of as them. (a) That, Malakul'Maowt<br />

seized the souls of all the prophets and he will seize my soul also, but the souls of the martyrs are<br />

seized by Allaah’s power as He may desire, and Malakul'Maowt, will not have any authority over<br />

their souls. (b) That all the prophets were bathed after their death, and I will also be bathed after my<br />

death, and that the martyrs are not bathed, and there is no need for them (to be bathed from) of the<br />

water of the world, and (c) That all the prophets were dressed with separate cloth, and I will also be<br />

dressed with separate cloth, but the martyrs are buried with their clothes. (d) That all the prophets are<br />

called as died, and I will also be called as died, but the martyrs are not called as died, and the (e)<br />

That all the prophets will be given the chance of recommendation, and I will also be given the<br />

chance of recommendation on the day of Judgment. But the martyrs are being recommending every<br />

day to whom they wish to recommend”.<br />

“Allazeenas’tajaaboo lillaahi war’rasooli min ba’di maa asaa’ bahumul’ qar’hu, lillazeena ahsanoo<br />

minhum wat’taqoo ajrahum azeem”. [172].<br />

172. “Those who respond for Allaah and the messenger, even after that being suffering with<br />

injuries, for those from them who did good, and guarded themselves (for them) there is reward.<br />

“Allazeena qaala lahumun’naasu innan’naasa qad jama’uu lakum faq’shaow’hum<br />

fazaadahum eemanan, wa qaaloo has’bunal’laahu wa ni’mal’wakeel”. [173].<br />

173. “Those, to whom people said, that people have certainly collected for (against) you, so fear<br />

them, thus it increased them in Faithfulness, and they said, “Allaah is sufficient for us, and the best<br />

disposer of affairs”.<br />
