Located in a leafy conservation area on Hampshire’s
River Test and within a day-trip’s distance of London,
the home of Bombay Sapphire gin has welcomed a
35% increase in footfall compared to last year, as the
trend for Spirit Tourism increases and more people
plan visits to the beautiful UK countryside.
Every distillery experience begins with a visit
to the Turbine Bar, where guests add their own
personalised twist to the much-loved gin & tonic.
Selecting an iconic balloon glass and filling it with
ice, guests use dispenser systems to self-serve
their choice of Bombay gin, finishing by selecting a
garnish to match their personal taste preferences.
Next, guests are taken into the cinema room to
be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in
preparation for Discovery Experience, which is a
guided tour of the distillery. Visitors can also choose
to book a Gin Cocktail Masterclass experience
to expand their cocktail making skills. Led by a
specially trained Gin Expert who can teach guests
the tricks of the trade, this is the perfect way for
cocktail aficionados to flex their creative prowess,
as the trend for recreating premium cocktails at
home continues to prosper.
Guests can then head to the distillery bar to sample
the cocktail menu, featuring new expressions
Bombay Bramble, Bombay Sapphire Sunset and
Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru.
