All new buildings in Florida are required to have a BDA survey completed prior to the completion of the construction. If the<br />

survey is not passed then a BDA/ERRCS system is required to be installed. This is a requirement that General Contractors<br />

are learning about the hard way. Usually at the time of final inspection.<br />

This presentation covers the basics of the survey and the importance of preparing the building in the case that a system is<br />

required.<br />
