In addition, the garage isequipped with adequate parking for threevehicles with another space for a golf cart.Ken built their home and only subbed outthe framing. He did all trim work, brick arches,the masonry fireplace, all cabinets throughoutthe house, ceiling in the outdoor kitchen,bathroom and bedroom mirrors, wainscoting,den with all the trim, copper vent hood in thekitchen, kitchen island, hidden doors, outdoorkitchen, golf cart path, garage cabinetry, interiortrim painting, and finishing, as well as allinterior millwork including stairs.He also built furniture, including a nightstandin a guest bedroom, a large cabinet inthe hobby room, and a kitchen island. In addition,he is building end tables and two largecabinets for the living room.“Although very stressful at the time,” Kensays, “I do feel extreme satisfaction with theend result. With the help of Terry and a fewgreat friends, we went from a forever housedream to reality.
