(Learn To), Friday<br />
This program is for seniors of any<br />
and all cycling ability! This<br />
program allows Guelph seniors the<br />
opportunity to do everything from<br />
learn how to ride a bike, rebuild<br />
confidence in riding ability,<br />
explore trail riding and road riding<br />
within the community, learn the<br />
rules of road riding as well as how<br />
to repair and care for a bike. Safety<br />
and the importance of active<br />
transportation will be a large part<br />
of the curriculum. An on-site<br />
assessment will be required to<br />
determine your biking ability prior<br />
to joining a group.<br />

Let’s get outside and get moving!<br />
Join us at the Riverside Park Disc<br />
Golf course to learn the game of<br />
disc golf and practise with friends.<br />

through the rules of the game and<br />
will teach you the skills and<br />
techniques required for this fun<br />
outdoor activity. All equipment is<br />
provided. Athletic clothing and<br />
appropriate footwear is required.<br />

and standing. A variety of<br />
equipment is used throughout the<br />
classes which may include bands,<br />
stability balls and weights of your<br />
choice. Join us to keep your body<br />
