BEHAVIOR AND TRAINING – WHAT WE OFFER
From Puppy Socialization to Adult Dog Training
classes, Peggy Adams has a variety of training and
behavior support options for you, your family, and your
furry friend. All our classes are available to the public
and it’s not necessary that the dogs (…or cats) have
been adopted from Peggy Adams.
Free drop-in basic dog training classes: Saturdays
at 10am or Wednesdays at 5pm. (Donations are
greatly appreciated).
6-week beginners training courses: This course
is designed to give you and your dog a deep dive
into training and behavior. This class is $150 for
all 6 weeks!
6-week intermediate training classes: This course
is designed to take your training to a higher level.
This class is $150 for all 6 weeks!
Free Pond Walk: Every Saturday at 1pm we walk
around our beautiful bone-shaped pond. These
sessions help practice loose leash walking
techniques. It’s a fun way to spend some time with
your furry friend in the outdoors. Our trainers are
there to help you with your exercises.
6-week reactive Dog Class: This small but mighty
class helps dogs learn to be in the presence of other
dogs without reacting in a way that is disturbing to
the environment. This class is $150 for all 6 weeks!
If you have a dog that is not quite ready for a group
class, we offer private evaluations and training. We also
offer in-home training for our feline friends as well.
These classes are open to anyone who would like to
take advantage of our top-notch trainers and animal
behavior specialists.
