KIDS CORNER
Michelle Jones, Director of the Bluffs School, is
dedicated to teaching students the importance of
giving back and demonstrating that they can make
a difference. When she heard about the Walk for the
Animals, she thought this was the perfect opportunity
to get the students
involved so she
formed a team
to represent the
school. Michelle
used the resources
we provided on the
WalkWithPeggy.org
to spread the word
and decided to do a
“Loose Change for
Peggy Day”,
encouraging them
to bring in any
change from home
to be donated to the
animals at Peggy
Adams. She made
a collection box
with photos of some
adoptable dogs and
cats and shared their
stories with the kids
so that they knew how
their donations were
helping. They loved
bringing in their Ziploc
bags, containers, and
even a big coffee mug full of coins to donate to the
Bluffs School team. Thank you to Michelle and all the
families of Bluffs School!
