Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce
To create a positive environment for the development and success of business
Chamber Open is July 11
It’s time to grab your golf bags and get
your swing back in shape, because registration
is now open for this summer’s Chamber
Open golf outing on July 11 at Hickory Hills
Golf Club.
Golfers are encouraged to form teams,
but can register individually for this full day
of golf, food, and fellowship. It’s a Monday,
so why not call it a three-day weekend for
the sake of golf?
This is a fantastic way to get out of the
office for a day and network, celebrate your
work team’s accomplishments, or invite
clients or other colleagues to join you on the
links. Non-Chamber members are also welcomed
to join the fun and can use this as a
way to meet other Chamber members in a
more casual environment.
The day tees off at 10 a.m. and will conclude
by 4 p.m., with plenty of food along the
way. There will also be a silent auction and
goodie bags for golfers. This year’s event will
support the Grove City Buddy Ball program.
Those interested in participating as a
golfer, or supporting by way of sponsorship
or auction donation, can call the Chamber
office: 614-875-9762, or visit the Chamber
Open’s website: www.gcchamber.org/chamber-golf-outing/
A sampling of the products recently available at the 2022 Grove City Chamber Farmers’
Market. Every Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon in the Grove City Town Center, shoppers
can find the latest locally-made goods and fresh seasonal produce.
Farmers’ Market back in season!
The 2022 Grove City Chamber Farmers’
Market kicked off in mid-May and is
under way with a variety of local products–from
made-from-scratch treats to
local produce and meats.
The first half of the Market, or the
‘spring market’ as some may know it, features
more locally-made goods in addition
to meats and some produce. Spring flowers,
strawberries, and asparagus are popular
early season items fresh from the
gardens.
The summer portion of the Market will
kick off mid-June as summer produce begins
to come into season. If all goes well
in the growing season, Market patrons
can expect to see favorites such as sweet
corn and melons shortly after. As always,
seasonal produce is a hot item and customers
are advised to arrive early as sell
outs can and will occur.
The Market is open every Saturday
this summer from 8 a.m. to noon. The
Market can be found in the Grove City
Town Center, specifically in the large
parking lot along Park Street on the west
side of Broadway. In ‘building speak,’ this
is between the Broadway Station Apartments
and the Grove City Library. There
is ample parking on the street and in
other public lots, but the Chamber encourages
customers to be mindful of parking
exclusive to specific businesses.
Additional information about the Market,
including a list of participating vendors,
can be found by visiting
This year the Farmers’ Market supports
the Grove City Food Pantry and is
sponsored by Mount Carmel Grove City.
