DESCRIPTION<br />
The additive combination of the product series<br />
STRUB Vulcan TCO or TCP is composed according<br />
to modern aspects in order to meet the special<br />
requirements of thread machining of high-alloy<br />
steels. Of course, other ferrous metals can also be<br />
machined.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
The STRUB Vulcan TCO or TCP product range<br />
has been specially developed for thread machining<br />
(cutting and forming) of high-alloy steels. The product<br />
STRUB Vulcan TCO can also be used as cutting oil<br />
for the heaviest machining or for forming. STRUB<br />
Vulcan TCP is a paste for manual application; very<br />
suitable for high-speed tools where an oil would<br />
be thrown off. STRUB Vulcan TCP is offered in a<br />
handy brush tin for manual application.<br />

The additive combination of the STRUB Vulcan<br />
Futura CF 18/15, 18/18, 18/32, 18/480 AS series is<br />
composed according to the most modern aspects<br />
in order to meet the special requirements (machining<br />
and forming in successive working steps) of thread<br />
machining of high-alloy steels. Of course, other<br />
ferrous metals can also be machined. Machining<br />
of aluminum and non-ferrous alloys should only be<br />
carried out after consultation with our customer<br />
service.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 18/15, 18/18, 18/32,<br />
18/480 AS series is specially designed for thread<br />
machining (thread forming, thread rolling) and deep<br />
hole drilling of steels, high alloy steels and chrome<br />
nickel steel. STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 18/15, 18/18,<br />
18/32, 18/480 AS series can also be used as a cutting<br />
oil for the heaviest machining or for forming.<br />
