Tempering oil<br />
DESCRIPTION<br />
STRUB Vulcodur 100/150 is a semi-synthetic, low<br />
evaporation tempering oil. This product has been<br />
specially adapted to our synthetic bright tempering<br />
oils. The additive system guarantees highest thermal<br />
stability as well as oxidation resistance even under<br />
unfavorable operating conditions.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
STRUB Vulcodur 100/150 is primarily used for<br />
tempering and stress relieving of hardened steel<br />
parts. The maximum operating temperature is<br />
220°C.<br />

Quenching polymer concentrate for induction and flame hardening systems<br />
DESCRIPTION<br />
STRUB Vulcodur Aqua is based on toxicologically<br />
safe polymers that allow very different cooling<br />
characteristics depending on the application<br />
concentration. The cooling intensity of water is<br />
thus specifically moderated. At the same time,<br />
controlled and uniform heat dissipation from the<br />
workpiece is ensured.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
Universally applicable PAG polymer quenchant for<br />
surface hardening in the borderline area of water<br />
/ oil quenching. Due to its excellent properties<br />
STRUB Vulcodur Aqua is recommended for the<br />
