APPLICATION<br />
Welding protection concentrate (release agent) for<br />
the purpose of preventing the burning of welding<br />
beads on workpieces and welding fixtures. Concentrate<br />
is mixed with water, the application concentration<br />
is 10 - 30 %. Application: With sprayer, hand<br />
sprayer or clean cloth.<br />
FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES<br />
Biodegradable, water-soluble, solvent-free, low-odor,<br />
practically neutral, short-term corrosion protection.<br />
Skinfriendly. After welding, STRUB Weld Protection<br />
450 K can be easily washed off with water. Depending<br />
on the application unit and temperature, 1 liter can<br />
be used for an area of ~ 35 - 45 m2.<br />

DESCRIPTION<br />
STRUB Bonded Coatings BN White Aqua is a specially<br />
developed mold release agent for high temperatures.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
Apply the paint in the delivery form to the mold<br />
by brush or spray gun (use 1.4 -1.8mm nozzle<br />
recommended). After drying, a highly heat-resistant<br />
layer is formed. Stir the varnish well before use. If<br />
necessary, the varnish can be thinned with water.<br />
STRUB Bonded Coating BN White Aqua is used<br />
when stripping all types of casting molds to achieve<br />
a non-stick effect. Bearing shells and gas turbine<br />
bearings are also coated before casting at 520 °C,<br />
white metal V738. Cracking and air entrapment are<br />
thus prevented. Castings can be easily removed<br />
from the molds without leaving any residues.<br />
STRUB Bonded Coating BN White Aqua normally<br />
does not mix with the casting material and remains<br />
adherent in the mold. Suitable as an anti-adhesive<br />
splash during welding, as the bonded coating can<br />
be wiped away.<br />
