APPLICATION<br />
STRUB Vulcolube X 1000 is primarily suitable<br />
for lubricating the steam-wetted sliding parts on<br />
steam engines whose steam inlet temperature<br />
does not exceed 325°C. Also suitable as a<br />
high-viscosity lubricating oil for lubrication points<br />
with through-feed lubrication.<br />

DESCRIPTION<br />
STRUB Vulcolube Hot Steam Cylinder Oil 1500 is<br />
suitable for the lubrication of steam engines which<br />
are operated at high temperatures and which<br />
require high-viscosity lubricating oils of particularly<br />
good thermal stability. STRUB Vulcolube Hot<br />
Steam Cylinder Oil 1500 has very low evaporation<br />
losses even under high thermal load. This ensures<br />
lubrication of the cylinders and the parts exposed<br />
to steam. The formation of coke- and asphaltlike<br />
residues, which can be the cause of seizure of<br />
piston rings, slides and valves, is prevented. STRUB<br />
Vulcolube Hot Steam Cylinder Oils 1500 are<br />
special lubricating oils. They are manufactured from<br />
carefully selected mineral base oils and synthetic<br />
components using state-of-the-art production<br />
methods. STRUB Vulcolube hot steam cylinder oils<br />
1500 form well adhering, highly resilient lubricating<br />
films even when used sparingly.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
STRUB Vulcolube Hot Steam Cylinder Oil 1500 is<br />
recommended for use in intermittently operating<br />
steam machines as a loss lubricant at steam inlet<br />
temperatures up to 380° C. STRUB Vulcolube<br />
Hot Steam Cylinder Oil 1500 is also suitable when<br />
a high viscosity lubricating oil is required by the<br />
manufacturer, e.g. for mechanical gears, bearings<br />
and slideways.<br />
