APPLICATION<br />
Molymagus Reaction Acid S-58-A and Molymagus<br />
Bonded Coatings S-58-HN can be used to treat all<br />
non-acid resistant ferrous metals as well as sintered<br />
and cast hard metals (Stellite and Widio) and various<br />
heat-treatable steels. The Molymagus Reaction<br />
Acid S-58-A or Molymagus Bonded Coatings S-58-HN<br />
process provides a thin, runin top coat comparable<br />
to a phosphate coating. The dry lubricant molybdenum<br />
disulfide and special reaction inhibitors are incorporated<br />
in this layer. Molymagus Reaction Acid<br />
S-58-A and Molymagus Bonded Coatings S-58-HN<br />
treated surfaces show better running-in behavior<br />
and reduce friction.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
The surfaces to be treated must be free of scale,<br />
grease and oil. Thorough cleaning of the surfaces<br />
and subsequent degreasing with solvents or greasedissolving<br />
cleaning agents are absolutely necessary.<br />

High performance grease with high MoS2 content<br />
DESCRIPTION<br />
STRUB Molymagus NL-3 NLGI 2 has a high content<br />
of MoS2, therefore very good emergency running<br />
properties. High flexing stability and therefore only<br />
very slight change in consistency. Distinct high<br />
pressure and wear reducing properties (contains<br />
EP additives). Very good corrosion protection and<br />
high oxidation stability. (Aging resistance) The grease<br />
is not soluble in water. Temperature resistance is<br />
very good up to 120°C continuous temperature.<br />
Remains supple in cold conditions. STRUB Molymagus<br />
NL-3 NLGI 2 has good pumpability and good<br />
adhesive properties with long shelf life. Miscible<br />
and compatible with all other branded greases of<br />
comparable type<br />
APPLICATION<br />
Especially for heavily loaded sliding points, e.g.<br />
on construction machinery, rock crushers, hoists,<br />
excavators, etc. STRUB Molymagus NL-3 NLGI 2<br />
enables simplification of lubrication service and extends<br />
lubrication intervals.<br />
