Synthetic rolling and forming oil<br />
DESCRIPTION<br />
STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 5900 is a chlorine- and<br />
mineral oil-free high-performance rolling and forming<br />
oil. It does not contain any heavy metals and is<br />
chlorine-free. Cleaning can take place both alkaline-aqueous<br />
and with solvents.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 5900 is a special lubricant<br />
used for roll forming, cold extrusion and punching<br />
of ferrousm alloys, steel, quenched and tempered<br />
steel, cast iron, stainless steel, titanium-nickel alloys.<br />
Not suitable for nonferrous metals!<br />

chrome steel. Can be used if further drawing operations<br />
are subsequently carried out with other<br />
drawing oils. Can also be used as a punching fluid in<br />

DESCRIPTION<br />
STRUB Vulcoroll 4 H+T consists of highly refined<br />
base oils and special additives, which ensure the<br />
required lubrication and oxidation stability. In addition,<br />
the product is characterized by its high penetration<br />
and washingeffect. Sedimentation or sludge formation<br />
(tank internal storage) is suppressed by STRUB<br />
Vulcoroll 4 H+T. Even during after-annealing, no<br />
staining occurs on a wide variety of steel alloys.<br />
STRUB Vulcoroll 4 H+T is excellently suited in active<br />
or also inactive ground filter systems.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
STRUB Vulcoroll 4 H+T guarantees reliable lubrication<br />
and cooling over a wide range of applications in<br />
cold rolling of carbon, austenitic and ferritic stainless<br />
steels. In Multi-Roller Sendzimir Z-High Mills and<br />
Tandem Multi-Roller. Vulcoroll 4 H+T is also suitable<br />
for grinding and belt polishing operations.<br />
