Telecommunications Unit – Operating Hours 27. The Telecommunications Unit at Headquarters is staffed between the following local Geneva times: 0700-2100 Monday to Friday 0800-1700 Weekends and Public Holidays Telephone 41 22 739 8777 E-Mail HQTU50 Swiss time is one hour ahead of GMT in winter and two hours ahead in summer.
