About the role |MōTeTūranga<br />
You will be coordinating and promoting the Hurunui<br />
Community Driver Mentor Programme. This includes<br />
seeking mentors and participants for the programme, and<br />
ensuring they are assessed and supported with training<br />
throughout the programme.<br />
There will be some administration tasks, such as overseeing<br />
vehicles operations, ensuring our funding obligations are<br />
met and writing reports to funders -the Community Driver<br />
ProgrammeSteeringGroupand HDC.<br />
This is a12-months fixed term role working 20hours per<br />
week, andisbased in ourAmberley Office,40minutes north<br />
of Christchurch.<br />
About you |Mōu<br />
We like youtohave:<br />
•Experienceinmentoring and/or coaching others<br />
•Effective relationship building<br />
•Experienceincoordinatingorcreatingprogrammes<br />
•AfullNew ZealandDriver Licence, Class 1(essential)<br />
•Competent userskills of online tools, socialmediaand<br />
excel spreadsheets.<br />
