Figs. 9a-b: Seven months later, four Mini Implants were placed to<br />

stabilise the bottom denture. The diameter of the implants was<br />

particularly suitable given the absence of a floor of the mouth as a<br />

result of bone loss. The denture intrados was hollowed out in order<br />

not to put any stress on the implants for two months<br />
