1.How do you feel about weekday
weddings?
Weekday weddings are not considerate
to the guests because most people
are working that day and the day after.
But it’s the bride and groom’s day
and whoever they really want to be
there will make arrangements
2. How much should you gift the bride
and groom if you don’t attend the wedding?
It depends on how close you are to
the bride or groom
3. Is a “to-go” bag appropriate?
A to-go bag is not really appropriate.
But if you haven’t really touched
your food. Then it’s better to take
it home and eat it tomorrow than
waste it.
4. Should the bridal party be drinking
before the ceremony?
I’d say no but if they can carry themselves
into church appropriately then
it’s fine. But the bride and groom
should not be so they give their full
heart and mind to the Lord.
5. Who should you invite?
Whoever you want to be there and
who would be truly happy for your
day. Not anyone more
1.How do you feel about weekday
weddings?
I love weekend weddings. I think it’s
amazing when you can attend a wedding
and celebrate with family and
friends, while not worry about having
to go to work the next day.
2.How much should you gift the bride
and groom if you don’t attend the wedding?
I would gift the bride and groom
$100 if I didn’t attend their wedding.
3. Is a “to-go” bag appropriate?
I don’t think it’s inappropriate, but
if someone doesn’t take a “to-go” because
they don’t leave the reception
right away than that’s okay as well!
4. Should the bridal party be drinking
before the ceremony?
The ceremony is a time to be reverent
to Christ joining 2 people to
become one. Unless the goal is not
to get drunk, I think that drinking
should be left for the reception.
5. Who should you invite?
Close family and friends!
1.How do you feel about weekday
weddings?
I would never mind a weekday wedding!
If I love the bride and groom
enough, I will celebrate love with all
my heart!
2. How much should you gift the bride and
groom if you don’t attend the wedding?
In my opinion, if they attended your
occasion you should gift them the
same! If you decline ahead of time, it
would be okay not to put a gift!
3. Is a “to-go” bag appropriate?
If referring to a to go bag as when
people take home their unfinished
meals, it is not only appropriate but
necessary since Christians should
not be wasting food anyways!
4. Should the bridal party be drinking
before the ceremony?
Drinking before going to a Sacrament
instituted by Jesus Christ is not
honoring what Jesus considers holy!
Pretty sure He knows what’s holy!!!
5. Who should you invite?
The first invitation should be inviting
Jesus into the marriage! Second
is whoever your heart desires!!!
1.How do you feel about weekday
weddings?
I think they’re less classy than weekend
weddings. Most people have to work or
go to school the next day, leaving less
time for having fun and making preparations
more difficult for the guests.
2.How much should you gift the bride
and groom if you don’t attend the
wedding?
It depends on how close you are to
the bride and groom. Typically, 50-
100 but if it’s close family, maybe
around a few hundred.
3.Is a “to-go” bag appropriate?
Yes, it’s appropriate. Weddings have
a lot of food and the guests may not
be as hungry during the wedding.
4.Should the bridal party be drinking
before the ceremony?
People may say no, but I think they
should. It’s a fun celebration and a
good day for everyone, if the bridal
party want to drink, I think they
should go for it, just not too much
before the party starts.
5.Who should you invite?
Close friends and family, maybe
people you’ve been around with for
a long time such as close coworkers,
neighbors, etc.
