Sports Reporter<br />

<strong>Star</strong> Media is seeking a sports reporter to join its<br />
newsroom. <strong>The</strong> role would suit someone with a<br />
proven track record in covering sport, or someone<br />
who is embarking on their journalism career and<br />
can demonstrate they have what it takes to cover<br />
sport.<br />
<strong>The</strong> role may also involve some general news<br />
reporting.<br />
Key requirements include:<br />
• Written communication excellence<br />
• A high degree of initiative<br />
• <strong>The</strong> ability to juggle tasks and meet regular<br />
deadlines<br />
• A full NZ driver licence<br />
• Relevant journalism qualification (or<br />
equivalent experience) would be a distinct<br />
advantage<br />
