Plan notice of Proposed Plan Change 5 to be made<br />
operative<br />
<strong>The</strong> Christchurch City Council has approved Plan Change<br />
5 to the Christchurch District Plan at its meeting on<br />
Tuesday, 12 <strong>December</strong> <strong>2023</strong>.<br />
<strong>The</strong>se changes will become operative on 16 January<br />
2024, in accordance with Clause 17(2) of Schedule 1 to<br />
the Resource Management Act.<br />
<strong>The</strong> operative plan change is now available for public<br />
viewing online at https://districtplan.ccc.govt.nz<br />
or during normal opening hours at any of our<br />
service centres or libraries. For details of<br />
your nearest service centre or library,<br />
