Screen Printing Basics for Home
Studios
Ever wanted to screen print on fabric or paper but don’t
think you have the equipment or space? Then this
workshop is for you! Join Fanny for this four-week
course exploring various methods for screen printing
that you can do at home and that don’t involve
darkroom processes. We will use stencils of various
kinds and drawing fluid to make screens, and do some
printing on paper or fabric. So fun!
All materials and equipment provided except
printmaking paper (available for purchase in the studio)
and fabric items you want to print on, like tees, totes or
towels. We will start with the stencil technique, so bring
your favorite drawing tools and sketch book with your
image ideas to the first class.
