To honour the favourite women in our life, we couldn't<br />
think of a better option. Winemaker Sarah Massey<br />
has yet again made a phenominal wine for Lyme Bay,<br />
the Devonshire winery fast becoming a favourite for<br />
all of us here at <strong>St</strong> <strong>Austell</strong> Wines. Made from 100%<br />
Pinot Noir this wine is concentrated and intensely<br />
flavourful, unlike the delicate pale rosé we've become<br />
familiar with drinking, this is expressive with red<br />
fruit leaping out of the glass. Texturally it's rich and<br />
rounded making it a perfect wine for food matching,<br />
I'm looking forward to trying it with fresh lobster or<br />
langoustines with a chilli, garlic butter.<br />
