Un programme extraordinairement riche, donc, qui m’invite à remercier du fond du cœur For the last day of the show (already!), SITL has chosen to shine the spotlight on multimodality. This will be clear to anyone who attended our first conferences: the future of logistics will either be multimodal or it won’t be! In collaboration with SNCF Réseau, we will be putting this assertion into practice throughout the day, beginning on the Grande Scène with the complementarities between river and rail transport (10:45a.m.) followed by the results of the AUTF and Eurogroup Consulting rail barometer (11:35a.m.) and best practices in terms of the modal shift towards rail freight (1:30p.m.). But the content of this final day is not confined this theme, and the programme will be rounded off by other highly topical subjects including the contradictions tous les organisateurs, tous les intervenants qui ont contribué tout au long du salon à faire de celui-ci un centre de savoirs, d’échanges et d’expertise unique dans le monde du transport et de la logistique. Bonne journée et à très bientôt ! between reindustrialisation and “zero net artificialisation” (9:30 a.m., Métamorphose Room), the crossroads between China and Europe on the issue of transport standards (9:30 a.m., Grande Scène), the opportunities for our industry offered by the organisation of the Olympic Games in Paris (10:30 a.m., Métamorphose Room), gender equality in logistics (12:30 p.m., Grande Scène) and the implementation of low emission zones, beyond the controversy (3:15 p.m., Grande Scène). A rich programme awaits, which prompts me to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the organisers and speakers who have contributed throughout the show to making it a unique centre of knowledge, discussion and expertise in the world of transport and logistics.
