Article 4- ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������<br />

party providing workers (providing party). The company making the proposal for<br />

recruiting workers is hereafter called party receiving workers (receiving party).<br />

Article 5- All proposals of the receiving party shall be clearly mention the main criteria,<br />

such as:<br />

�� ��������������������������������������������������<br />

�� ���� ������� ���� ������ �������� ���������� ��������������� ������� ������������<br />

medical care and other needs of daily living;<br />

- The transportation of workers going and returning.<br />

After receiving the proposal, the providing party shall reply to the receiving party<br />

within 45 days stating whether the workers can be totally or partly provided or<br />

cannot be provided, or whether there is need for further discussion.<br />

The receiving party shall reply to the providing party within 30 days stating<br />

whether all or a proportion of the workers are needed. If the deadline of 30 days<br />

is exceeded and there is no further discussion, the providing party considers that<br />

the receiving party is no longer interested in those workers.<br />

Article 6- The sending of the workers abroad can be carried out only if there is permission<br />

from the providing party and an employment contract between the workers and<br />

receiving party.<br />

Article 7- ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������<br />

the guaranty money amounting to USD100,000 in the account of the providing<br />

party. If the money has not been deposited, the permission shall be null and<br />

void.<br />

The providing party can use the deposit to pay workers instead of the receiving<br />

party in the event that the latter does not comply with conditions stated in the<br />

employment contract.<br />

During the implementation of the employment contract, if the deposit is partly<br />

withdrawn to pay workers, the receiving party shall reimburse the full amount.<br />

The receiving party can take the deposit back when the employment contract is<br />

completed.<br />

The deposit in pursuant to this article can be reduced for the employer who<br />

personally needs a small number of workers to work in his/her own workshop or<br />

cottage industry.<br />
