Article 14- Before the departure for abroad, the providing party and receiving party are<br />
responsible for preparing and conducting a training course on the working system,<br />
life style, customs, traditions and common laws of the receiving country.<br />
Article 15- The salary of each worker shall be taxed in accordance with the existing law of<br />
the Kingdom of <strong>Cambodia</strong>.<br />
Article 16- ���������������������������������������������������������������������������������<br />
providing party accompanying workers to the receiving country and monitoring<br />
the work place and the lodgings of workers as stated in the employment<br />
contract.<br />

Article 17- If a labour dispute occurs, the receiving party will negotiate and settle it<br />
immediately with the workers based on the employment contract. In the event<br />
that it cannot be settled, urgent information shall be provided to the Royal<br />
Embassy or diplomatic mission of the Kingdom of <strong>Cambodia</strong> to participate in<br />
the dispute resolution.<br />
Article 18- The receiving party shall notify the sending party within 45 days before the date<br />
of the repatriation of the workers.<br />
The receiving and the providing parties shall agree with each other on the date<br />
and the agenda of the repatriation of the workers.<br />
Article 19- In the event that a worker is missing during the implementation of the employment<br />
contract, the receiving party shall urgently inform the Royal Embassy or<br />
����������� �������� ��� ���� �������� ��� ��������� ���� ���� ��������� ��� �������<br />
Affairs, Labour and Veterans Affairs of the Kingdom of <strong>Cambodia</strong>.<br />
Article 20- Any person who sends Khmer workers abroad in violation of the provision of<br />
this Sub-Decree shall be punished in accordance with the existing law.<br />
Article 21- Provisions which are contrary to this Sub-Decree shall be null and void.<br />

Labour and Veterans Affairs shall carry out this Sub-Decree from the date of the<br />
signing.<br />
