Day 1: Dublin <strong>Tour</strong> & Trinity College<br />
<strong>Tour</strong> starts at Dublin Airport with a group<br />
transfer to your hotel between 7:00 am and<br />
12:00 noon. At 2:00 pm join a local guide<br />
for an introductory look around central Dublin.<br />
Walk through Trinity College to view the 8th<br />
century manuscript of the Book of Kells in the<br />
Old Library. At your hotel enjoy a welcome<br />
drink and discuss your itinerary.<br />
Day 2: Rock of Cashel & Blarney Castle<br />
Drive through the Irish countryside pausing<br />
for photos at the magnificent Rock of Cashel.<br />
Continue south to Blarney, just outside Cork city.<br />
Climb to the battlements of Blarney Castle to<br />
kiss the “Stone of Eloquence” and shop at the<br />
Blarney Woollen Mills for quality Irish-made<br />
products. Continue to Killarney and check into<br />
your hotel and relax before dinner. (B, D)<br />
Day 3: Ring of Kerry & Skellig Experience<br />
Admire breathtaking vistas of mountains, cliffs<br />
and beaches on Ireland’s most popular drive –<br />
the 100-mile Ring of Kerry. Visit the Skellig<br />
Experience, which explains life on the rocky<br />
offshore islands. Return to Killarney and enjoy<br />
free time to relax or walk around town. (B, D)<br />
Day 4: Cliffs of Moher & Farm Life<br />
Make a brief stop in Bunratty before viewing<br />
the Cliffs of Moher, a wall of rock rising above<br />
the churning Atlantic Ocean. Drive through the<br />
Burren Country to Rathbaun Farm to learn about<br />
traditional farming and sit down to tea and<br />
scones. (B, D)<br />
Day 5: Connemara’s Beauty<br />
Today explore Connemara, a region of hills,<br />
lakes and peat bogs. Take a short catamaran<br />
cruise to see unspoilt mountain areas<br />
(Mar 18 – Oct 28 departures). Watch skilled<br />
crystal cutting at the Connemara Celtic Crystal<br />
Factory and return to Galway. (B, D)<br />
Day 6: Guinness & Irish Evening<br />
Drive to Dublin and visit the Guinness Storehouse<br />
to see how this famous black brew is made.<br />
Sip a creamy pint in the rooftop bar with great<br />
views of Dublin. Finish your vacation with a<br />
