A week before Advent, the inner city falls under
the spell of the „Blosengel Market.“ Over 50
booths offer a variety of original gifts and
goodies, such as hot spiced wine or cider, and
even include „Öpfelküchle,“ an almost-forgotten
Vorarlberg apple specialty in batter. Friends meet
to enjoy the companionship, the food, the spiced
wines and the pre-Christmas spirit of Feldkirch.

Feldkirch Advent Singing
On the first three Saturdays of Advent, traditional
singing may be heard in the provincial
Conservatory. The object of these contemplative
evenings is to offer the locals and others a bit of
authentic culture through the talents of local
artists. Putting all commercial interests aside,
these concerts put everyone into a wonderful
frame of mind through specially arranged,
romantic Christmas programmes.

Market
The Feldkirch Christmas Market finds its main

Market Street, 30 carefully selected merchants
