The provincial capital, located at the eastern end
of the Lake Constance. Points of interest include
a beautiful „old section“ of town, well separated
from the noise and traffic of the main town
below, the largest floating stage in the world, and
a delightful garden-lined promenade Eagle’s
Roost on top of Pfänder Mountain along the lake.
